The Funeral of Mrs. Robert Lamb
Monarch, Dec. 23--On the afternoon of Dec. 22 sorrowing friends and loved ones laid to rest in the Monarch cemetery all that is earthly of the late Mrs. Robert Lamb. For more than six years Mrs. Lamb had lived in this vicinity, beloved and esteemed by all for her kindness, her pure character, and helpful Christian life. At the funeral her friends filled the church to overflowing and many stood outside the door.
Mrs. Genevieve Lamb, the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Hoyt, was born in Beloit, Wisconsin, 1876. Graduating there, she with her parents lived in several different states before coming to Montana. Her married life, which lacked but 5 days of being two years, was full of peace and happiness, as all her years had been. The many friends of the departed wish to extend their heart-felt sympathy to the bereaved husband, father, mother, sister and brothers.
