Services for W.S. "Sanford" Hamilton, 66, were held at the First Methodist Church at Olney, Texas. Mr. Hamilton, a retired machine operator and farmer died at Olney hospital. He moved to Young County in 1907.
Willis Sanford Hamilton married Miss Australia Combest in 1916.
Survived by his wife; two daughters - Mrs. H.L. Meisenheimer and Mrs. H.H. Shirley; three brothers - George Hamilton, Roy Hamilton, Bowie Hamilton; six sisters - Mrs. Annie Lee Miller, Mrs. Bell Burden, Mrs. Pearl Lightsey, Mrs. Beulah Rhodes, Mrs. Jewel Pierce, Mrs. Abelle Biggerstaff; three grandchildren.
