Charles Edward Yocom died on Friday. He was a prominent farmer of this town and was the son of William & Sarah Merriman Yocom. He married Mary Hall, 18 Jan 1882, Sangamon County, Illinois. They had eight children.
Funeral services are Friday, will be held Sunday morning with interment in Wolf Creek cemetery. Rev. T. A. Hartman will have charge.
There are eight children, three daughters and five sons, the widow, two brothers and two sisters survive.
