Virginia Wheat (42220935)

Mrs. Jennie K. Wheat died at the residence of her son, Johnny Wheat, last Thursday night at 10:30. She had only been ill a short time. She recently moved here from Wichita Falls, and was living with her son. Her husband was E.F. Wheat, whom she married Feb. 7, 1901. Her husband survives her.
Mrs. Wheat was born in Alabama, Feb. 13, 1877. She lived in Davis, Indian Territory it was then, now Oklahoma. She is also survived by one son, John Wheat and four grandchildren. She had been a member of the Methodist church for a number of years.
The funeral occurred at Kinney funeral Chapel last Friday, January 10, at 3 p.m. Burial was made in Highland cemetery.
