Uncle Earl,
You were a master at "cold calling" and could sell an ice box to an Eskimo, you once made a living at being a traveling salesman, I remember that you had a paper route once and Milton & I was up very early one morning to go "throw" the papers. Well, I remember that Milton had to throw to this special house that had some large bushes on the sides of the front door, and Milton didn't slow down enough to aim the paper to land between the bushes and the big "rolled" Sunday paper sailed over the bushes, and I heard "crash, tinkle-tinkle" and we took off in the car to finish the route. Well, by the time we got back to the house, that old lady had already called you and raised a lot of cain about how we broke her window, Milton's explanation was "it's better than trying to get it off the top of the house"!!! I guess that Milton and I were the only ones laughing, for a little while any way....
