Born Friday, Nov. 2, 1923, in Damascus, Ark., he was a son of the late Moses P. and Moses P. Lane Jordan. He was a farmer and veteran of the U.S. Army.
In 1947 in Morrilton, Ark., he married Betty Alice Windham who preceded him in death April 5 1952. He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Sandra Jordan, on April 5, 1952.
Survivng are one daughter, Linda Griffin of Byhalia, Miss.; two sisters, Juanita Bryant of Center Ridge, Ark. and Reba Bolton of Conway, Ark. and one brother, Mozey Jordan of Morrilton.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. today, Sunday, Nov. 9, at the Baptist Church in Wardell, Mo., with the Rev. Grigg Walker officiating.
Burial in Little Prairie Cemetery at Caruthersville, Mo. All arrangements under direction of Bradshaw Funeral Home of Wardell.
