Loutetia Graber died September 1 in McCray Hospital. She was born November 30, 1875, in Wood County, Ohio, the daughter of John and Emma Geyer. She married Martin Graber November 26, 1895. Mr. and Mrs. Graber and their two daughters, Adah and Hazel, moved to Indiana in 1903 and located in Swan Twp. They purchased what was then the Henry Rhodes farm where they resided until moving into Avilla in 1935. Their daughter Adah was killed September 21, 1941 in an automobile accident. Before moving to Avilla she was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, but after moving here she became a member of the local Methodist Church. She was a member of long standing in the Swan Twp Home Ec Club. Surviving are the husband, Martin; a daughter, Mrs. Fred (Hazel) Crothers; two brothers, Charles Geyer, 77, of Rising Sun, Ohio, George Geyer, 80, Oklahoma City, Ok.; a sister, Mrs. Mae Hoot, 86, Auburn; 7 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
