Mr Buzard was a sargeant in the US Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict. He presently was a machinist with Dock Street Manufacturing in DuBois. He previously was manager of the Brookville Truck Stops of America.
Mr Buzard was a member of the Sigel Sportsman Club. He assisted with local Little League teams.
Mr Buzard was married in Brookville on July 2 1981 to Brenda Sue Coon, who survives, along with two sons, Donald "Heath" Buzard and Kegan G Buzard, both at home.
He also is survived by three sisters, Nancy Oss Buzzard of Templeton RD 2, Joanne Vulcould of Pulaski and Lucille Rupp of Hawthorn, and a brother, Virgil Buzard of Punxsutawney.
Mr Buzard was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Wilma Kriebel.
