Died Sunday at 6:20 a.m. in Independence. Age 62. Resident of Route 3, Denham Springs. Native of French Settlement. Body at Hollabaugh-Spindle, Denham Springs, until 1 p.m. Monday. Religious service at Walker Pentecostal Church at 1:30 p.m. Monday, conducted by Revs. W. S. McMasters, C. B. Wiley, Harold Dodt and Ray Burns. Burial in Palmetto Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Berthelot, Patrick Lambert, Jimmy Teal, Mervin Burns, Homer Burns and Russell Coates.

Survived by her husband, A. J. Berthelot of Denham Springs; two sons, Roy J. and Clyde A. Berthelot, both of Port Vincent; two daughters, Mrs. Leon Aydell of New Orleans and Mrs. Robert Hernandez of Prairieville; five sisters, Mrs. Willie Coates of Springfield; Mrs. Jimmy Slocum of Baton Rouge; Mrs. Bob Achord, Mrs. Jewell Teal and Mrs. Vivien Pendarvis, all of Walker; three brothers, Patrick Burns, Rev. Ivan Burns, both of Walker and Rev. Ray Burns of Springfield; and 15 grandchildren.
