Joe W. Hill, 78, of Midwest City, passed away Sept. 16, 2009. He was born to Marvin and Hazel Hill on April 12, 1931 in Calipatria, CA.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents, wife Joann, and a grandson. He is survived by daughter, Sue Crow, and husband, John, of Yukon, OK; son, Joe Hill, and wife, Marla, of Edmond, OK; son, David Hill, and wife, Denise, of Midwest City, OK. He is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; sister, Sue Wilson, and husband, Bill, of Edmond, OK; brother, Royce Hill, and wife, Nelda, of Kileen, TX; friend of many years, Bea Kimbrough; nieces, nephews, and other loved ones.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009 at the Altus City Cemetery, Altus, OK. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in the name of Joe W. Hill to Russell-Murray Hospice, El Reno, OK.
