Mary Margaret McClurg Harveston Smith age 94 of Maryville passed away Thursday, December 28, 2006, at Colonial Hills Nursing Center. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: First Husband, Paul Harveston; Granddaughter, Terri Hardin; Parents, John & Onie McClurg; Brothers, Jack & Ed McClurg; Sisters, Elizabeth Hayes and Helen Hammontree. Survivors include: Husband, Clarence Smith of Maryville; Sons and Daughters-in-law, Paul Harveston Jr. & wife Carol, Ed Harveston & wife Martha; Daughters and Sons-in-law, Louise & Duane Smith of Tacoma, Washington, Mary & Charles Ennis of Cordova, Tennessee, and Peggy & Dennis Cronan of Ranger, GA; 13 grandchildren 27 great-grandchildren; five great-great-granddchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, December 31, 2006, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary with Rev. Fred Self and Rev. Chris Boruff officiating. Interment will follow at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m., Sunday, December 31, 2006, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary, Maryville.
