After all the research, if this is a daughter of Stephen and Mandy Fore, I think someone has put the wrong birth date on her stone. Since her parents did not get married until 1886, it would be hard to believe that she was born in 1879. The 1900 census says she was born in Nov 1890 and she was 10 years old. I think that she was born in Nov 1889 and that see would have been 11 years old when her birthday came in Nov 1900.
