Age 72, died September 15, 2009 at his loving daughter Vicky's home in Saline, with his loving and devoted family by his side, following a long illness. He was born on February 1, 1937 in Maybee, Michigan to Clarence and Sylvia (Hansor) Jennings.

On October 24, 1955 he married Helen Scott and together they had nine children. On December 4, 1995 he married Judy Miller and she survives. David was a heavy equipment operator for Local 324 and retired in 1992 after 40 years of service. He was an active member of the Loyal Order of the Moose #335 of Milan and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Besides his wife Judy he is survived by three sons; Dave and Mike Jennings both of Milan, Jimmy of Petersburg, three daughters; daughters Vicky Jennings of Saline, Patty (Rex) Schultz of Dundee and Sandy (Dennis) Jewell of Pinckney, four step-sons Jeff (Sue) Irby of WA, Tim (Jodi) Keck of Dundee, Mark (Denise) Miller of Petersburg and Scott Miller of CA, 20 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 13 step-grandchildren, 1 step-great granddaughter, a brother Clarence of Dundee, and two sisters; Rosalie (Bob) Rowe of Chatsworth, Georgia, Connie (Charles) Sype of Dundee and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife Helen, an infant son Thomas, a son Jeffery, a daughter Cheryl Brooks, a brother Richard and a sister Louise Schultz.

Visitation will be Wednesday (today) and Thursday at Ochalek-Stark Funeral Home, Milan from 3-8pm, where funeral services will be held Friday at 1pm. Burial will follow at London TownshipCemetery. Contributions may be made to St. Joseph Mercy Hospice. www.ochalekstark.com
