Died on Thursday, March 31, 1904, Jonathan O. Coddington, aged nearly eighty-nine years. He was a good citizen, a kind neighbor and a devoted husband, as the sixty-three years of happy married life bear witness. The funeral was held at his late home on Sunday afternoon; service conducted by Rev. W. A. Huntington, and burial here (Mecklenburg). His aged wife survives him.
