Mr. Alex Maseberg of Wheeling died Nov. 24th [sic 22nd] with typhoid fever. He had been sick about seven weeks, and while it has been known for quite a while that his condition was serious, the news of his death came as a shock to his many friends here. He leaves his mother, three sisters, one brother and scores of relatives and friends to mourn his loss. His remains were laid to rest in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
