Jeannie Harrell, 52, died Saturday, September 12, 2009, at her home.
Visitation is scheduled from 10:00 until 1:00 p.m. today with a 1:00 p.m. service today at Chancellor Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Mt Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Braxton.
Mrs. Harrell grew up in Simpson County and had lived in Pelahatchie for the last 23 years. She was an advertising supervisor for the Clarion Ledger and later a Graphic Designer for McRae's.
A loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Mrs. Harrell was preceded in death by her parents, Preacher and Merle Orman; and her brothers, Jimmy Dale Orman and David Earl Orman.
Mrs. Harrell is survived by her husband, Tommy Harrell of Pelahatchie; her son, Chris David Smith of Brandon; sisters, Dianne Sebren of Byram and Betty Crosby of Richland; brother, Carson Orman of Braxton; and her grandson, Christopher Smith.
