Annie was the mother of four children: Ira D., Ollie May, Willie Alton, and Essie T. Martin.

Mrs. Annie Martin, 82, died Sunday in Pierremont Heritage Manor after a lengthy illness. The Reverend Nola Amos, retired pastor of Four Square Gospel Church, will officiate and burial will be in the Longstreet Cemetery.
Mrs. Martin was a native of Longstreet and had resided in Shreveport since 1941. She was a member of Four Square Gospel Church.
Survivors include two sons, W.A. Martin and Ira D. Martin, both of Shreveport; one sister, Mrs. Etta Dees of Shreveport; and 17 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Freddie O. Martin, Billy Martin, Joe Martin, Jack Martin, Don Phillips and Dale Phillips.
