Loretta Faye Greenwood, 72, of Garfield, died Tuesday, September 8, at her home. She was born May 19, 1937, at Newton County, Arkansas, to Bud Hallum and Ina O'Neal Hallum, and attended school at Deere, Arkansas.
She moved from Pittsburg, California, in 1985 back to this area to make her home. She enjoyed crocheting, watching and feeding the birds, 4-wheeling, and candy making. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Garfield and is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Bill Greenwood; and one brother, Bobby Joe Hallum.
Survivors are one sister, Linda Sue Hallum of Ozark, Arkansas; two brothers, Jerry Lynn Hallum of Ozark, Arkansas, and Earl Wayne Hallum of Alix, Arkansas.
A graveside service will be held Monday, September 14, 10:00a.m at Ruddick Cemetery under the direction of Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge, with Pastor Jack Maddox and Pastor Jack Austin officiating. No visitation.
