Mr. Cadd, a native of Vinton, Va., was the widower of Ada Butler Hecht Cadd. He had retired from Portsmouth Lumber Company after 30 years and was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of Ohef Sholom Temple in Norfolk.
Survivors include two daughters, Helen H. Sutton of Virginia Beach and Jacqueline H. Alperin of Bowie, Md.; three brothers, Bernard Cadd of Roanoke, Herman Winston Cadd of Highland Springs, Va., and Allen Cadd of Richmond; and six grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at ll a.m. Wednesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Lawrence A. Forman. Friends may join the family at 5252 Fairfield Blvd., Virginia Beach. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Beth Sholom Home.
