Dea. Enoch W. Reynolds was the son of Abraham & Hannah (Wilber) Reynolds. He married Rachel R. Page.

Deacon Enoch W. Reynolds, of Westville, died on the 29th of March. He was nearly 90 years old and had been very feeble both in mind and body for the past ten years. all the active years of his life were spent at farming on Sibley hill; some ten years ago he retired from business and moved to Westville, where he spent the closing years of his life.

Deacon Reynolds was a man of strong character, strong in his beliefs, strong in doing his duty, and strong in using his personal influence to aid all that was good and right. He joined the Baptist church of this village at the time of its organization and was alwas found a zealous and thorough worker for the interests of his church, and was one of its firstdeacons. During the years of gradual decline of health he was very tenderly cared for by his devoted wife, who fortunately had sufficient strength for the task. Deacon Reynolds leaves five children - Wm. Reynolds of Westville, Mrs. Sophia Drake of Oaksville, George N. Reynolds of Milford Centre, Mrs. Louisa Hubbard of Westville and Mrs. Mary Garlock of Welcome.
