Mabel L Anderson, daughter of he late Joe Thomas and Nancy Turner Lovins, was born in Howell County, Missouri, November 10, 1906. Entered into eternal rest March 22, 2972 at the age of 65 years.
On June 10, 1923 she was married at West Plains, Missouri to the Reverend Joe Anderson, who survives her as do two daughters who are Mrs Wova Harris of Mission Kansas and Mrs Floyd Weaver residing in the state of Kansas. There are 6 grandchildren surviving, two brothers and one sister who are Harve C Lovins, West Plains, John Lovins, and Mrs Carl Turner both of Pomona Missouri. Preceding Mrs Anderson in death are her parents, a daughter, two brothers and two sisters.
Mrs Anderson had been a member of the Baptist Church since early womanhood, her membership being in Friendship Baptist Church. She had been a member of the Rebekah Lodge for a number of years.
Reverend Floyd Gentry and Reverend Lester Bradford conducted the services. The singers were the Mt Zion Choir.
Pallbearers were Gene Jones, Norman Burgess, John H Pitman, Charles Smith Sr., Frank Reed and Virgil Turner.
