LaFAYETTE -- Mr. Allen Emerson Barker, 75, of Lanett died Tuesday, July 27, 2004 at his residence.
Funeral services were scheduled Thursday, July 29 at 10 a.m. at Jeff Jones Funeral Home in LaFayette with Mr. Jack Hill officiating. Burial followed at the Allen Cemetery.
Mr. Barker is survived by one brother, Melvin (Laura) Barker of Lanett; and two nephews, Joe Barker of West Point and Don Barker of Bonifay, Fla.
He was born in Chambers County Nov. 29, 1928. Mr. Barker was a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and was a retired service station attendant.
