Born Albert Edward Szarzynski, name NOT legally changed. His mother enrolled him and his brothers in school under O'Hern because his father left due to infidelity and O'Hern turned out to be his step-father. But I guess to adhere to the rules of Find a Grave he must be listed as "O'Hern". This was/is my father.
