Ardell Dubois Graves, age 83, a native of Colfax and resident of Houma, died at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 19, 2003. Visitation Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Houma and to funeral time Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Montgomery, La.; religious services Tuesday at the church in Montgomery, with burial in Mount Zion Cemetery in Montgomery.

She is survived by one son, Wayne Graves and wife, Mary, of Houma; one brother, Jessie Dubois of Montgomery; one sister, Agnes Saucier of Montgomery; three grandchildren, Daphne Havis and husband, Jerry, Jeffrey Graves and wife, Jerrie Anne, and Trey Graves and wife Kristie; five great-grandchildren, Brandon Havis, Trevor Havis, Dustin Graves, Ileana Graves and Abbie Graves; one step-grandchild, Michelle LeBouef and husband, Cyr; and two step-great-grandchildren, Brandon LeBouef and Kourtney LeBouef

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Graves; her parents, Gilbert Dubois and Pearl Antee Dubois; one brother, Louis Dubois; three sisters, Clara Hoob, Susie Dubois Vercher and Tressa Fredieu.

She was a homemaker and a parishioner of First Baptist Church of Houma.
