YOUNG, KENNETH died 20 Jul 2000 Kenneth Young, 63, of Barbourville, Ky., formerly of Oneida, died July 20, 2000, in Barbourville. Born in Oneida, May 6, 1937, he was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Martha Thomas Young. He was a jeweler and watchmaker for 42 years. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Sexton Young; two sons, Jerry Young and wife, Missy of Oneida, and Christopher Young of Barbourville, Ky.; one adopted son, Carl Parks of Barbourville, Ky.; two brothers, Bill Young and wife, Dorothy of Oneida, and Eugene Young and wife, Ethel of Artemus, Ky.; sisters-in-law, Winnie West, Nesba Duncan, and Clara Anderson, all of Oneida, and Cara lee Sexton of Wartburg; one brother-in-law, Wilburn Sexton of McCreary County, Ky.; two grandchildren, four adopted grandchildren, special friends, Elmer Smith, Chester Vaughn, E.G., Carol Osborn, and Cathy Holt; step mother, Dale Bell Young; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives. Graveside service was conducted July 22 in John Freeman Sexton Cemetery with Rev. Dean Barnes officiating. Music was provided by Alan and Diane Carson.
