Last week The Enterprise was informed that the Gilcrease family here had received a telephone message telling of the death of Will Gilcrease in Montgomery on Tuesday and reported same in its columns. However, upon arriving at Montgomery to attend the funeral the Winnfield relatives were informed that it was their aunt, Mrs. Will P. Gilcrease, instead of their uncle, who had died.

Attending the funeral of Mrs. Gilcrease from Winnfield were Mrs. G. W. Gilcrease, Misses Margaret and Sadie Gilcrease, Prince and John Robert Gilcrease, Mrs. W. D. Cailleteau, Mrs. R. H. Smith, Mrs. W. P. Martin, Mrs. J. E. Williams, Mrs. D. A. Strain, and Mrs. E. J. Eyer.

Tuesday, December 17th, just one week from the death of his wife, Mr. Gilcrease died, from an attack of pneumonia. Funeral services were held at Mt. Zion on Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock with the Rev. Mrs. Wardlow officiating and the body was interred beside that of his wife. The Masonic Lodge had charge of the services.

Attending the services from Winnfield were Prince and John Gilcrease, Miss Margaret Gilcrease, and Mrs. W. D. Cailleteau.

Mrs. Gilcrease was 67 years of age and Mrs. Gilcrease was 82 years of age.

They are survived by three daughters, Mrs. E. M. House, of Montgomery, Mrs. G. E. Maxey, Mrs. C. H. McQuagge, Shreveport; four sons, T. N. Gilcrease, W. S. Gilcrease, C. J. Gilcrease, all of Shreveport, and G. R. Gilcrease of Montgomery.
