SWERDFEGER -- On Friday December 27th 1963, Mr. Arthur Swerdfeger, late of the Regina Geriatric Centre, passed away in a local hospital at the age of 91 years.

Predeceased by his wife the late Jeanette Swerdfeger on June 26, 1963, the late Mr. Swerdfeger is survived by: his three sons Clare, Vancouver BC; Carl, Oregon, USA; and Miles; also two daughters Mrs G M (Olive) Taylor, South Burnaby, BC; Evelyn in Vancouver, BC.

[Arthur lived for some years at Morewood, Ontario, where he and Jennie raised their family. In 1916, the family home burned down and, as some of the boys headed to WWI, the family relocated to Balgonie, SK.]

The funeral service will be conducted from the Bremner Funeral Chapel, 935 Victoria Avenue at Hamilton Street on Monday December 30th at 1:30 pm with the Reverend Reg Fox officiating. Interment will follow in the family plot at Riverside Memorial Park.
