Mary Jane Abraham, 87, of Decatur died 12:30 p.m. Friday (Sept. 20, 2002) in Fair Havens Christian Home.
Graveside services will be in Mount Gilead Cemetery.
Mary Jane Abraham was born Aug. 7, 1915, in Decatur, the daughter of Ernest and Stella Rice Abraham. She attended Decatur public schools. She graduated in 1934. She worked for the state of Illinois in the Secretary of State's Office and Office of Transportation for 29 years.
She married Walter Fred Blickle on June 29, 1941. They divorced in 1944.
Surviving are her nephew, Gary C. Abraham of Houston, Texas, and numerous other nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.
