DAVENPORT, Polly Erma age 82, died Sunday November 28, 2004 in Midland, Georgia. She was a long time resident of Trotwood, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her husband James G. Davenport. Mrs. Davenport was born June 18, 1922 in Faubush, KY to Brent and Ada Trimble Tarter. She was a retired Realtor in Dayton, Ohio. Mrs. Davenport is survived by a son and daughter-in-law James & Suzanne Davenport of Midland, GA; four brothers, Ruel "Bill" and Amos Tarter of Dayton, Ohio, Garnett Tarter of Nancy, KY, Lowell Tarter of Nicholsville, KY; four sisters, Bettie Beasley and Reva Marcum of Somerset, KY, Elsie Wilson of Crawfordsville, IN, and, Adell Baugh of Nancy, KY. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday December 2, 2004 at the Crestview Baptist Church, 6600 Salem Ave., Dayton, OH 45426, with Pastor Gene Burke presiding, burial will follow in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. Polly's family will receive friends at the Church Thursday afternoon from 12:00 Noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Columbus Hospice, 7020 Moon Road, Columbus, GA 31909. Arrangements entrusted to ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, 110 West Main Street, TROTWOOD, OHIO.
