Visitation is scheduled for Monday, July 12, 1999, 5-8 p.m., and Tuesday, July 13, 3-8 p.m., at Kopicki's Heritage Funeral Home, 3117 S. Oak Park Avenue, Berwyn (three blocks north of Ogden Avenue). Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, July 14, 9 a.m., from the funeral home to Divine Providence Church for a 10 a.m. Mass. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery
