John was the son of John Newport Bragg and Nancy Jane Leatherwood Bragg.

He was the spouse of Martha Bragg.

MOULTON MAN CALLED AWAY

John Clark Bragg, 78, prominent resident of Moulton, passed away at his residence Saturday at 1 p.m. He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Lizzie Delashaw and Mrs. Hattie Lee Sandlin, of Moulton; three sons, Judge Charles E. Bragg, Moulton, Dr. John C. Bragg, Decatur, Wilbur Bragg, Fayette; a twin brother, Clarence Bragg, Moulton; ten grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

The body will remain at HighSmith's funeral home in Moulton until Monday afternoon when it will lie in state from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Moulton Baptist church.

Funeral services will be held at the church Monday at 4 p.m. with Rev. Will Wear officiating. Interment will follow in the Montgomery cemetery. Highsmith of Moulton directing.

Mr. Bragg had been a resident of Lawrence county for 77 years, having moved there with his parents when he was one year of age. He was a member of the Moulton Baptist church, woodmen of the world and the Masonic lodge.
