Mrs. Cox was born July 24, 1867 in Grant Parish. She is survived by two sons, Henry Cox and Reuben Cox [sic Plunkett]; two daughters, Mrs. Anna Morrell [sic Morrill] and Mrs. Jack Lambert; and one sister, Mrs. E. W. Rogers sic Rodgers], all of Montgomery.
Services were at the residence at 3 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Mrs. Lula Wardlow and Rev. Luther Richardson in charge. Burial was at Mt. Zion Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield.
Pallbearers were Travis Curlee, Doug Curlee, James Morrell, Jesse Morrell, Bobby Lambert, and John Lambert.
