HORTON --- Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Dishon- Maple-Chaney Mortuary in Horton for Judy L. Shivers, 52, Malvern, Pa. She died Sunday, Nov. 28, 1999, at a West Chester, Pa., hospital.

Mrs. Shivers was an executive assistant for Henkle Corp. in Gulph Mills, Pa.

She was born Sept. 4, 1947, in Denver. She was the adopted daughter of M. Lester and Evelyn Johnson Shivers. She graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in Denver in 1965 and later from Central Business College, also in Denver.

She married James R. Shivers on July 6, 1968, in Aurora, Colo. He survives.

Other survivors include a son, Jarrod Shivers, Virginia Beach, Va.; a daughter, Jennifer L. Shivers, Malvern, Pa.; a sister, Christina Boughman, Seattle; her parents, M. Lester and Evelyn Shivers, Horton; and two granddaughters.

Burial will be at Horton Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and sent in care of the mortuary.
