CISCO.--Mrs. Rosie Burge,79, died at 2:30 p.m.
Thursday in Graham Hospital after an illness of three days.
Funeral arrangements are pending
at Rust Funeral Home.
She had lived in Cisco the last three years,
moving here from Comanche.
Born Aug. 28, 1884, in Memphis, Tenn., she came to
Comanche County as a child, living there most of her life.
She married Robert J. Burge in 1901 in Hill County. He died in 1921.
Surviving are two sons, Chestley D. and R. J. of Hayden, Ariz.;
four daughters, Mrs. James C. Nelson of Snyder, Mrs G. I. Page of Cisco
Mrs. J. B. Elmore of Carlsbad, N. M., and Mrs C. H . Ingram of Cisco
two brothers, S. A. Adcock of Meridian, Tex., and Harrison Adcock of Baytown;
two sister, Mrs. Emma Yeager of Breckenridge,
and Mrs. Jim Nivens of Morgan;
21 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
