Funeral services for Fred Berry, 83, of Wisner, were held at 10 a.m., July 19, 1985, in the South Central Baptist Church, with the Rev. Larry Eubanks and the Rev. Son Braswell officiating.
Interment was in the South Central Cemetery, under the direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.
A native of Wesson, Miss., he was born April 1, 1902. He was a farmer. He died on July 17, 1985.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Annie Berry, Wisner; two sons, Randolph Berry, Chalmette and J.B. Berry, Wisner; one daughter, Betty Jo Robbins, Wisner; one sister Mrs. Ruth Martin, Wisner; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers were Sonny Sproles, Bob Hill, Tom Kerrigan, Pearl Bass, Charlie Roberts and Warnie Batey.
