Carolyn Adams, 83, Clarksville, died Sunday, August 9, 2009, at Spring Meadows Health Care Center.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Tom Youngblood officiating.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born September 9, 1925, in Logan County, KY, daughter of the late Charles and Corinne McCraw Adams.

Ms. Adams was a member of First Christian Church, the U.S. McCraw Family Association, the Daughter of American Revolution, and the Montgomery County Genealogy Association.

She was retired from civil service at Fort Campbell, KY.

Survivors include cousins and friends.
