He is survived by his wife, Shirley L. Edwards of Pleasant Hill; two daughters, Darlene Jernigan and her husband, Danny of Jackson, and Lynne E. Ferguson and her husband, Roy of Boykins; grandchildren, Alex and Ashley Meadows of the home, and Thomas Osmore Jernigan of Jackson.
