Virgie Marie Estes, 82 of Marble Hill, MO passed away Tursday, September 9, 2010 at her niece's home in Arbyrd, MO. She was born January 28, 1928 in Grassy, MO; daughter of Levi W. Acup and Dora Lee (Phillips) Acup.
She and Charley Thomas Estes were married on June 27, 1946. He passed away June 12, 2008.
She was a homemaker.
She was of the Assembly of God Faith.
Survivors include one brother, Harvey Acup of Pevely, MO; one niece Betty Zolman of Arbyrd, MO; and several other family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Paul and Johnny; four sisters, Versie Hill, Edith Wells, Anna Hill, and Pearl Eaker.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Funeral services will be Monday, September 13, 2010 at the Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jimmy Davis and Rev. Gene Robbins officiating. Burial will be in the Bollinger County Park Memorial Cemetery near Marble Hill.
