Nancy Avis Anglin Wilson, 94, died Oct. 3, 2004 at Justin, Denton County, TX. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Oct. 5, in the Riley Funeral Home Chapel in Hamilton with Rev. Glenneth Harrington officiating. Burial followed in Live Oak Cemetery.
She was born May 21, 1910 in the Indian Gap Community of Hamilton County, the daughter of Wiley Rufus Clements and Daisy Nanny Clements. She was married to John Thomas "J.T." Anglin, September 1928. They shared 49 years of life together prior to his passing on June 1, 1977. She was married to Bob Wilson in 1986. He preceded her in death in 1988. Mrs. Wilson was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grand-mother, great-grand-mother and great-great-grandmother. She loved music, playing the piano for the Ohio Baptist church for many years and later playing at the senior center.
Survivors include her two daughters, Nola Sue Pike and husband M. L. and Barbara Jean Majors of Fort Worth; five grandchildren, Cindy Shepard, Melissa Jones, John Devenport, Brett Majors and Patrick Majors; five great- grandchildren and four great- great-grandchildren. Pallberarers were Brett Majors, Patrick Majors, Ty Jones, Rusty Shepard, Cody Stevenson and John Pike.
