Henry (Doc) Cooper married Permelia Frances Floyd-Perkins, d/o Mahala Jane Terrell and Stephen Floyd. They were married Sept. 2, 1893, in Knox county, Ky. They had 6 children, Nellie, Richard, Dewey, John Wm. Beckham, Alice "Halie" and Elmer. Permelia had been married before to B. Frank Perkins who was born May 16, 1861, Whitley county, Ky. and died July 15, 1891. She and B. Frank Perkins had 2 children: Stephen Edgar "Cy" Perkins and Hattie Ellen Perkins.
