Shirley was born in North Park, the daughter of Marvin HALL and Ruth JOHNSON. She married Harold OSBURN in 1955.

SBURN - Shirley Osburn, age 73, of Howard City, passed away August 15 at Spectrum Health Kelsey Campus. She was born June 24, 1936 in North Park, the daughter of Marvin and Ruth (Johnson) Hall. During her working years she worked as an assembler for four years. Shirley enjoyed family functions, fishing, cooking and sewing. She attended the Chippewa Lake Community Church. In 1955 she married Harold Osburn who survives. Also surviving are five daughters, Debra (Larry) Cooper of Charlotte, Dawn (Ted) Staszkiewicz of Chippewa Lake, Diane (Tim) Maguire, Darla Schroder of Wyoming, Donna (Bob) Zack of Howard City; one son, Daren (Darci) Osburn of Wyoming; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; three brothers, Marvin, Doug and Robert and three sisters, Betty, Linda and Margaret; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Edgar, Lee and Tom. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at The Heckman Funeral Home with Pastor Steven Scott officiating with burial in the Chippewa Lake Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and prior to services on Wednesday. Heckman Funeral Home Howard City, MI (231) 937-4315
