Doniphan, Neb., April 30 - Edward Harrell, oldest son of Fred Harrell, and a young farmer residing three miles south and one and a half miles east of here, met death last night when his Ford roadster, which he was driving ran into the ditch and turned over... Found the body of Mr. Harrell, which while not entirely under water, was completely drenched.. Mr. Harrell during the evening had been driving his Ford car without light with the exception of a lantern fastened to the front and it is thought he ran off a culvert not being able to see...

Mr. Harrell is a married man, residing on his father's farm, and besides a wife and son, he leaves a father, brothers and other relatives... He has practically always made Doniphan his home...
