Longtime Duncan resident BONNIE B. McMASTERS RHODES, 88, Duncan Rt. 5, died Thursday, Dec. 12, 1991, in a Meridian nursing home.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Rogers officiating. Burial will be in Comanche's Fairlawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Rhodes was born Dec. 15, 1902, in Addington, Indian Territory, to Lee and Rachel Adams. She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Christ. On Jan. 6, 1918, she married Amos E. McMasters, who died Sept. 20, 1960. She married George W. Rhodes on Nov. 9, 1963, in Gainesville, Texas. He died Feb. 21, 1977.
Survivors include a son, L.A. McMasters of Duncan; two daughters, Vera Martin of Duncan and Mildred Clay of McMinnville, Ore.; nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Bearers will be Elmer Downey, David Fuller, Bill Shipley, M.L. Rodgers, Lloyd Woodruff and Leon Coleman.
