Josiah J. Allen of Bossier City, La., formerly of Hamilton, Mo., died Tuesday at a hospital in Shreveport, La. He was born in Harrison County, Mo., and lived in Hamilton more that 25 years before moving to Bossier City two years ago.
Josiah was a farmer before he retired. He was a Methodist. He leaves a son, a daughter, two brothers, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Services were in the Pitts Chapel, Breckenridge, burial in the Rosehill Cemetery.
