KENDALLVILLE, Jan 26 - Mrs. Mary Holmes, 77 widow of Lemual J. Holmes, died in her home here today. She resided here for the last 32 years. Surviving are one son, Jay Holmes of this city; on sister, Mrs. George Schneider, and one brother, Charles Gillian, both near Avilla, and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the St. John's Lutheran church. Rev. M.F. Kretzmann officiating with burial in the Lutheran cemetery near Avilla.
