She is survived by four brothers, W. H. Day of Hattiesburg, M. E. Day of Columbia, James Day of Bastrop, P. H. Day of Gatesville, Tex., and eleven sisters, Mrs. Ben Roberson of Marion, Mrs. Tom Lane of Corning, Ark., Mrs. G. A. Davis of Sterlington, Mrs. W. M. Doyal of Mobile, Mrs. Minnie Reitzell of Monroe, Mrs. L. A. Garcie of New York City, Mrs. C. D. Smith of Memphis, Mrs. O. E. Murray of Dry Prong, Miss Ressa Day of Ferriday, Mrs. W. D. Long of Springhill, and Mrs. Delma Herron of Ferriday, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Miss Day was one of four sets of twins in her family. Her mother died this past Dec. 7, 1956 in Winnsboro.
