Mrs. Lucinda J. Chaffee, aged 79 years, widow of C. M. Chaffee, died at her home in Vestal Sunday night at 7:40 o'clock after a short illness. She is survived by a son, Torrance O. Chaffee of Vestal; a sister, Mrs. Dell Dimon of LeRaysville, Pa.; two brothers, P.S. Arnold of Warren Center, Pa., and Andrew Arnold of Elmira; four grandchildren, Mrs. Martha Ford of Lyons, Mrs. Gertrude Ellis of Vestal and Ira and Earl Chaffee of Vestal and five great grandchildren. The body was removed to the Spencer & Coleman funeral home, 200 East Main street, Endicott
