Dahris Afton Hobson Hanks, age 80, of Burley, passed away Thursday, Aug. 20, 2009, at her home in Burley.
She was born in Brigham City, Utah to Jesse Ver and Mary Adelpha Priest Hobson. She married Lawrence Wayne Hanks on June 20, 1947, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death.
She is survived by one daughter, Shelly Hanks Self; one brother, Vaughn Hobson; one sister, Mavis Wrigley and two granddaughters, Mikelle Self and Crystal Self.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and several other siblings.
