He is survived by One Son: John David and wife Cathy Locke of Paducah, KY and One Sister: Christine Moore of Kingsport, TN
He was preceded in death by his wife: Eva Hill Locke; a brother: Dick Locke and a grandson: Curtis Locke. His parents were John Dewey and Lucille Foote Locke.
Funeral service will be at Collier Funeral Chapel at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, December 22, 2009, Rev. Aaron Brown officiating. Interment will be at Thompson Cemetery, Benton, KY.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm on Monday at Collier Funeral Home in Benton, KY
