HOUSTON - Emma Lee Duncan, 71, long-time resident of Comstock, TX, passed away Friday, January 19, 2007 in Houston, TX. She was born January 13, 1936 in Ballinger, TX to the late Leslie and Lena Bounds. Including her parents, she is also predeceased by her husband, Don N. Duncan and a sister, Dorothy Mae Bounds.
Emma Lee is survived by her four sons and daughters-in-law, Andy and Donna Duncan of Houston, TX; Randy and Paula Duncan of Colorado City, TX; Drue and Sammye Duncan of Brackettville, TX; and Jeff and Jill Duncan of Charleston, SC; nine loving grandchildren: Levi, Jackie, Cullen, Ryan, Adam, Chelsea, Shea, Lauren and Blake; her sisters, Mrs. Lillian Cooper of Winters, TX; Mrs. Almeda Hibbard of Upland, CA; and Mrs. Donna Abbott of Malvern, AR; other loving family members and friends .
The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 24, 2007 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at Heritage Family Funeral Home, 1910 Hutchins Avenue, Ballinger, TX 76821 (325-365-4106) with burial immediately following in Evergreen Cemetery.
